The client wanted to make their app's UI easier to use for their customer. While their app was popular, the UI was difficult to use, and the backend processes were fragile and prone to failure. The signup process also suffered from a high abandonment rate and overall, the product delivered a poor user experience. The client needed their application platforms redesigned and fast.
